Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
Independent sourcing for US aquaculture projects
recirculating aquaculture system
Specify the fish, water and operating scope before you compare equipment. Field Route Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner helping business buyers prepare requirements and request factory quotations.

These are purchasing checkpoints, not production claims. A supplier cannot size treatment from tank volume alone: provide the species, intended standing biomass, feeding basis and temperature range alongside the design flow.
Build a scope around the water loop
Tank and hydraulic package
Record working volume in m³, tank count, drain arrangement, intended flow in m³/h and available floor space. Clarify whether civil works, support frames and interconnecting pipework are included. A tank quotation and a complete operating system quotation have different boundaries.
Describe mechanical and biological treatment, oxygenation, degassing, pumping and control needs. Request the assumptions behind biofilter nitrification and dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring. Supplier proposals must distinguish supplied equipment from the operator's daily testing, cleaning and emergency response duties.
Ask which water-quality signals are measured, where sensors sit and who calibrates them. A display does not establish a validated control strategy or replace operating procedures.
Separate alerts from backup
Document alarm destinations, power-failure behavior and emergency oxygen arrangements. Confirm backup equipment, installation and test responsibilities as separate line items.
Keep assumptions visible
Require design calculations to name feed loading, source-water quality and duty conditions. A changed biomass target needs engineering review before equipment substitutions are accepted.
Set the tank, species and biomass basis, procurement quantity, destination and requested delivery window. Mark unknown water-test results and site dimensions as open items.
02
Compare the replies
Keep alternatives separate. Review equipment, spare parts, packing, freight, installation, commissioning and documentation in the same currency and unit basis.
03
Confirm acceptance
Agree the evidence and inspection steps with the prospective supplier. Delivery dates, operating performance and applicable documentation remain subject to written confirmation.
Turn your aquaculture brief into comparable questions
Tell us your quantity, US destination, target date and optional budget. Quotes and supplier availability require confirmation; the inquiry starts a specification discussion.
