RAS FISH FARMING
RAS Fish Farming is a new method of productive fish farming.
It is a form of aquaculture in which fish are raised in enclosures to be sold as food. RAS fish farming raising fish commercially in tanks or enclosures such as fish ponds, usually for food. It is the fastest growing area of animal food production. It is the principal form of aquaculture, while other methods may fall under mariculture. A facility that releases juvenile fish into the wild for recreational fishing or to supplement a species' natural numbers is generally referred to as a fish hatchery is designed to raise the fish only to a young age before they are released into the wild, usually to bolster the numbers of that species. In contrast, a fish farm is designed to raise the fish until they are a size and age that makes them the best commercial value. The fish are ultimately retrieved and sold, typically as whole or processed food.Fish farming is the most common form of aquaculture, and commonly involves trout, salmon, tilapia, cod, carp, and catfish.
